Is there any tool or practice to accurately track conversions from Telegram traffic, including UTM tracking, analytics setup, referral links, and measuring campaign performance.

For the platform, I don't trust any Telegram analytics tool. Telegram itself doesn't give real conversion data, so you force it on your landing page side. Been using that setup for a long time and the numbers have been consistent. Standard GA4 and basic UTMs are going to drop a lot of your Telegram data. If you want accurate numbers, you need a dedicated server-side tracker (Keitaro/RedTrack).

GA4 alone was giving me messy numbers too. Never tried Keitaro/RedTrack though, just deep UTM tagging plus a redirect link before the landing page. How's the setup on your end, running Keitaro purely for attribution or also using it for traffic distribution/cloaking across offers?

you can actually use unique UTM parameters for every campaign and send users through a landing page before Telegram whenever possible.

I usually use UTM links with Google Analytics. It gives a clear idea about where the traffic is coming from.

Good tip, landing pages give way more flexibility for tracking than sending straight into Telegram. UTMs plus something like S2S postbacks would probably cover most of the gaps too.
