Whats the most important now?

Hey guys,
one year ago I had to let go my channel. Now I'm back, my channel have 47k subs. I ranked videos by unlisted method in those days (2015). How to rank videos now? What is the most important now?
I know that unlisted method is now dead. I must rank videos in 'hard' niche (sport - football). I have read some posts here and this is what I got. To rank videos I need:
- Long length videos
- High retention (?)
- likes and comments doesn't matter (?)
Is it true? If high retention is important now I can't use sites like youlikehits, like4like etc. to get likes. I can add 1-2k high retention views after publishing video, will it help?

I always have good title and description. I'm making quality videos - my one vid have 6,2 million views and still counting (50-60k in 48 hours), I have great thumbnails and tags.

I'm doing something similar in a "smaller" version, all i can tell you is that you can get some views and help your video go "viral" and rank with social medias

Hey, thanks for reply So shares on facebook will help? I have a couple of good pages, one have 1 million likes

Views are views right , if you can get some views from facebook and some likes It will always be good, except if your facebook is totally different from your videos

Seems like it. I have an add-on on Chrome that shows how many likes/comments/shares (something like that) on FB the video has. It's pretty neat. It says one of my videos is "heavily shared on FB". Guess it counts, it can't hurt.

{Watched time+retention} is the most important factor in ranking videos. Long videos always rank better.

It's the same as it has always been. Try to avoid buying likes/comments/views they will just mess up your rankings

Adding some HR views (1-2k) after publishing the video will be good?
