What's the most cost effective way??

I bought 4 MNS sites (built around 1 keyword) from someone on BHW. Looking for suggestions for the most cost effective way to rank all of them on page 1 of google. Any advice is appreciated.

Cost effectiveness depends on how highly you value your own time. Obviously it would be cheapest if you did all the SEO yourself but if you believe you could be making more money doing something else then buy some services in the marketplace here. Just try out a few services and see what provides the most bang for your buck.

I was looking for a service to rank them all with out spending an arm and a leg.
