Depend on your accounts, normal ads accounts, warmed up with activity should spend max 750$ a day.

There are certain threshold, 25 - 50 -100 - 250 - 500 -750. You should start slowly at around 25 to 50, gradually increase to 100, 250. After a few weeks, you can spend 750$. But many things can be taken into account when it comes to instant ban, like account trust rate, your campaign, ad copy...

Main thing is to go up gradually rather than the actual number. I have affiliates running $5k per day without problems, but they scaled slowly over time

start with 50$, then 100$ per day - then as the thresholds increase, you safe for a daily budget of 500 - 900 per campaign - but dont do more then 2000 with in the first week per day.

Mainly depends on what are you promoting....
There is actually no limit but yes one should gradually increase the budget...
I have accounts spending in all ranges.... 1k-2k is an easy amount to spend...
