What's the highest CPC you've had on AdSense?

My highest click was with a Cisco training website and got 6.50 but that was back in 2007.

Do you guys know if the 20$ keywords actually pay out close to that amount? It looks like 6-7$ is the highest i've seen as well...

i got a $14 click few days ago.
do not ask me what keyword or niche it comes from cos it is a trade secret.
what i can share is, for the same set of keyword, sometimes you can get $3 for 1 click but sometimes you can get $14 for 1 click like me.
you may wanna know why is that so but i believe that adsense does concern about whether the click converts or not.
if the click does not convert, you get only $3. if it converts into a sale, then you get $14.

Got a $13 click a few days back in the health niche.
The CPC depends on how good the traffic really is that you are sending to the advertiser.
If the traffic is organic and coming from Google, then you will get better CPC whereas, if you are getting traffic from untrusted sources, then you will get lower CPC but that will increase if your traffic converts. This is all to avoid the Click Frauds. Just try to rank better for the terms that you are targeting and you will definitely see a nice jump in your adsense earnings as well.
