So, if I want to move a Wordpress site from one hosting provider to another, or to a different location on the same hosting provider, what's the simplest and easiest plugin to help me with that?

I find updaftplus easiest, I have been using it for last 4 years. I have deployed 100s of wordpress sites with it.
