Whats the differensen between this two types of links?

A guestpost ******** link with DA 40. And a trackback or directory ******** link with DA40? And also the PA on Both this links where pur backlinks are inserted are 30.

The first one is a paid one and The othjer one is free. Both are contexual links but the second one has only a paragraph, were the first one has a 1000 word article

The main difference is quality. You can't judge a link quality by its DA or PA only. Directories are opened to all so you can understand how much value it can pass. On the other hand, guest posts are mostly hand-picked, relevant, and maintaining high-quality content.

you know what i dont think so.

if i post insert a backlink in a free directory that has a high DA and PA and also is relevant to my niche, and no other links are there except mine, then there is no difference between this backlink and a backlink from a guestpost with same metrics and no other links that gets my linkjuice diluted.
