whats the Deference between 301 method & Unlisted method ? Please ?

Okay so Searching in Google .. Other forums .. and here ..

Found out that there is 2 kind of methods

The 301 method & the unlisted method


Can someone who knows the Deference between them.. Tells me ? as PM or here i dont mind

and Also Can you explain to me how it Correctly Done ?


i Came from another forums ... and i signed up here as i see this forum is way More useful than other forums and way more experts are here who are Actually helping Others .. So im really in Hope of Finally Finding an Answer in this Learning Road Facing Bunch of people who refuses to share a single Correct information To me instead they give me A shadow answer that is even not Correct at all or Advertising thier Views ..( just Buy my views and it will rank in time ) << thats not what i want .. i want the 301 or the Unlisted to be Explain .

i have been as you can say Travlling from Site to Site in order to Find an answer and yet failed to Actually Find an answer .. and This will be really the last time i would ask Such a Thing as im Giving up on Finding an Answer . But yet im Expecting a Professionals Members here To Help A brother Out .
