I want to backorder a domain, what is one good relatively cheap website that does this?

which registrar and how much is the grace period for that registrar ?

ok, then you better backorder it as soon as possible.

Well, that was my question.

Can’t really afford $30-$60 backorders I found on Google.

Any other ideas / cheaper ones?

Well, if you really want the domain, there is no cheap way.
Because if the domain is any good, others will be on the lookout.
So the best way to do this, is to backorder from several services available
at the same time.
Make sure that if they don't get the domain for you, you get a refund.

Just so you know, some backorder services have an auction system,
and in case they are able to register the domain, they will organize an auction
between those who backordered if there are more than just you.

This is a money game.
You could still try to register yourself, once it expires, you never know.

I don't know what to say about "any good".

It's a 6 letter domain that I just like, it has no backlinks and no history.

Doesn't seem to be a wanted domain. Maybe its cursed, who knows :D:D

The last owner put it to sale for $5 but it costed me $200 for the brokerage service, so I had to skip that.

Get registrar APIs and get a program to regularly check it's availability, and once available register with API instantly.

Your own program with API is the cheapest way.
However .com can be backordered at a fair price with pheenix.com ($11.99) but I'm honestly not sure that the service is still available
