I am Looking for a Good Reliable VPN (USA BAsed) to get a Static IP Address. (CHEAP price)
I checked many sites and the average price is $20 and up per month.
The reason Being, I live outside the USA, and I have a Freight Forwarding Address in the USA.
I Like to buy Online for some 1 Deal a Day sites.
However most of these Sites do Not accept NON-USA Credit cards , neither NON USA PAYPAL accounts. (which I think is really ridiculous)
However, I am able to buy from sites like Amazon using my Credit card.
I contacted some of those "Daily Deal Sites" and they said My Shipping and Billing address must be the same (for my C.Card) . Thats why my Credit Card is not accepted).
They also stated that a US Based PAYPAL account would work, since your Shipping and Billing address can be different on a PAYPAL account.
Any Suggestions?
