What's the cheapest dedicated server provider you know?

I was looking for one a few days ago...i am not sure about absolute cheapest as reliablitiy is a big concern for me but i am with http://www.arvixe.com/ and they are pretty decent price wise and reliable with good customer support
 
Since you ask for cheapest then you will probably find a host that will cut corners like cheap hardware cheap bandwidth, cheap support, end result will be a total disaster for your business.

But you are probably better off going for a nice VPS for that price ;)

Are you looking for a dedicated server hosting provider or just asking this question for curiosity? If you want dedicated hosting service, then elaborate your resource requirements and budget.
 
Hetzner.de might be strict if you use SEO tools on their servers, but their prices are great.
 
Check out http://www.webhostingtalk.com There are always deals on there from providers.

I use datashack.net, their site is ugly but they have awesome service. I have two dedi's with them (the 955 package), so far both of my servers have been up 200+ days with no down time.

Cheapest + Reliable that I've used are Burst net and hostdime. Nowadays I don't use cheap dedicated servers anymore since I host mainly medium to big'ish companies' websites, so uptime, network and server maintenance are critical, but I can vouch for those two as reliable and good. I still use burst net for their VPSs, and I've yet to have a headache from them.

For managed dedicated servers, I use both WiredTree and DedicatedNow, though they're not cheap, just very very reliable.
 
My favorite will always and will be Leaseweb. Been with them for 3 years, but need to cut off due sort of money.
