Same here. The biggest bottleneck is filtering. Exporting thousands of domains from Ahrefs or Semrush is easy, the real challenge is manually validating quality, topical relevance, traffic, spam signals, and indexing. That review process takes far more time than the actual outreach or link placement.

The real bottleneck is the consistency is hard to keep being motivate when you dont see the results right away

For me getting replies is the hardest part you can send many messages but only a few people actually respond.

I’d say quality filtering is the biggest bottleneck too. I usually narrow the list by niche relevance, traffic, backlink profile, and overall site quality first, then manually review the remaining domains.
