Whats the best way to become anonymous

    for example when designing a new website and transferring files to ftp, going to the service provider's panel or c panel, etc, would I use a special proxies , vpn ???, using other services, basically I dont wont anyone to know itts me or have left a record of it,

    Just do it over some open or free wifi. Can't get more anonymous than that.

    hidemyass has a vpn service with thousands of IP's. I think it is $11 a month. The good thing with VPN (vs. proxy) is that VPN works at the core level, so all applications are forced through it, even if you forget to set up your app (which is the problem with proxy).

    Upload from an IP that isn't yours. Go to a coffee shop or something. Some people say library, but I tend to stay away from gov places to use internet apart from just school work.

    Uploading to FTP doesn't really leave that much of a footprint, you'd be fine with just proxies...unless, you know, the FTP server isn't yours and you're being a dirty boy.

    Encrypting file in a locked archive wouldn't hurt for extra measure.

    I'd just use someone else's internet, as long as I know I'm just being paranoid and not potentially getting anyone else in trouble.
