So i'm looking to start my own youtube type site and I was wondering what everyone thinks is the best video plaform script to buy.

I'm looking for the ability to allow people to sign up as members, upload or embed videos and also to create a profile of their own (almost like myspace) so it makes it personal.
Has anyone found/used a script which can do this?
