What's the best video editing software?

The captionning tool is one of the last area that is lacking in Premiere, and has not been updated for a long time.

I read that yesterday and tried some of the things they said but it's not working... Is it because my graphic video card is Intel Hd Graphics 4600?
 
Is there really a way that the problem with the subtitles is because of my video card? It's Intel HD Graphics 4600.

I just want to add a normal subtitles text and especially subtitles like this ( don't know what the font is is it free for commercial... -
 
Finally ( for now lol ) the captions looks fine way better than before. The bad news is I read and tried many things so I don't know what exactly helped me with that but definitely read the thread @wapi96wap posted. Thanks mate

Yeah ive tried moving from sony vegas to premier pro but its so different, besides i'd rather stick with the one I've mastered, which for me is sony vegas.

Jokes aside, after effects + premiere pro duo is the game changer.
 
I feel that you'll hardly find anything better than Adobe Premier nowadays. It is not only because of its possibilities and functionality, but also because it is well studied and you'll have no problems in finding some tutorials or the videos about fixing bugs.
 
Adobe Premiere. That way you are developing a professional skill and you can use all the presets and add-ons floating around.
Also, there is a training program for it at Audioz.download

I use Camtasia. Works for what I need to do. This thread got lot of golden nuggets though.
