I use bit.ly, really good. They also provide a detailed information of your short-urls.
 
Are there any short url what can be used for black hat stuff, and they dont delete my url ? :) Like spamming.. etc
 
If you have a domain or two that you aren't using, why not consider using an url cloaker like Sammurai Stealth?
 
I sounds like my own url & Sammurai Stealth is best.
 
Def use your own. Think about it, do you really want to relinquish control of your affiliate links to a third party? What keeps them from redirecting to their own offers every now and then? Same with free domains (dot.tk hijacks domains once you get to a certain traffic level and parks them)
