What’s the best Twitter tweet scraper?

Hey!

Is there a Twitter tool that can scrape all the tweets from a targeted account?

Plus… if it has a “setting feature” to only scrape tweets that has x likes or x RT… Etc

And can save all the tweets into a spreadsheet with all the data | numbers of likes, RT & Comments etc.

Does anyone know of a tool that does all this?

TwitterDub will scrape tweets from a targeted account or hashtags. And also you can choose Filters for likes, comments or retweets.
