Whats the best text to speech software?

I have about 100 2-3 minutes instructional videos. Text is all ready but can't be bothered to read it all myself.
Is there any decent text to speech software or does it all sound like a robot still?

You can use Google docs (free) or Dragon Naturally Speaking.

I use Dragon......

play.ht is what I use, if you've only got a small bit you could probably just hack away with their homepage and audacity or another audio recording app where you just record the preview that you can get. There isn't much difference between that and the premium quality. But if you want good quality regular, they are good I find.

Amazon Polly is an (okaish) option too. Amazon also give you free credits, so may be try it out.

You can try LinguaScribe. Its voices don't sound like robots. It has got some great human-like voices. You can give it a try! I'm trying it for my videos. Changing the audio language and voice is fun and brings in more local audiences actually. Of course, there are various options but this one's worked well for me. So, suggesting you too.
