I'd like to setup a customer review site for video games. So the page will be about a specific video game, and users come and post their review and give it a rating. The ratings from the customers are totaled and that total is posted beside the video game. There would be a top video game list to the side based on customer ratings.
What system/setup is best for doing such a site? Wordpress? Clone script? CMS?
