I'm looking at buying software from www.Affiliatenichescript.com to build Amazon stores. Does anyone have any experience with that software or can you recommend something better?

I do not advise it, because from what I could tell, the support for that script is not very responsive to their customers.
My background with it is just from spending some time checking out their forums. From what I got, the script was sold by the developer, and the new owner really didn't provide good support, and it wasn't updated very regularly to meet amazon api changes.
Also, it is not possible to alter the script, since it uses encryption (which the top amazon scripts all do).
For scripts, the other two major choices are associate-o-matic (AOM) or Fresh Store Builder (FSB), which is quite pricey.
For what it's worth, I have noticed that a lot of people who once used AOM (the most popular choice out there), now have their websites converted to WordPress.
If money is an issue, you might want to consider WordPress, there are many plugins to choose from, and many are free.
