Who faced with mailing, please tell me what service you use to collect contacts? And also to check these emails for validity?
Right now I have a choice of Apollo or listkit
Perhaps there are better options?

See this Search Query will return the Instagram handles who serves the cleaning services and added their gmail address on their Instagram profiles. You can adjust this Search Query as per your need, after that you can use any AI tool for making the CSV file of this data
