What's the best SERP tracking tool?

I know there's so many out there, but I'm finding it hard to choose one. I want one which can track an unlimited amount of keywords... I'm wondering if someone that has experienced different ones can suggest the best one for me?

ahrefs, but for important pages i always like to keep an eye on google serps myself lol. never completely trust these tools
 
SEMrush is the ultimate tool for rank tracking, it has many other features include - you can track your competitor’s keywords, perform keyword research, find backlink opportunities, track social media performance etc. Ahref is similar to SEMrush.
 
I'm using Ahrefs for many things, but for this I prefer https://www.serprobot.com/
