At the moment I'm using Accuranker. There's a lot of great trackers out there but most are way too expensive.

If you want to track terms you are ranking for, you can use Google Search Console API & Google Spreadsheet, they are completely free and easy to set up also most accurate - but as I said, only for keywords with gain traffic
