Seo booster pro has worked wonders for my blogs. The original creator passed away before the New Year (rip) but his partner is continuing with the development. This plugin has been shared here or you can buy at clever plugins

I prefer to use SEO optimized themes rather than using plugins. Genesis for example saves you from installing a number of plugins for different purposes.

I honestly like Ultimate SEO, have used it on all my wordpress sites, does a lot of great things haven't had any complaints

All mentioned above plugins just makes your blog work slower. Everything they do can be and SHALL BE done by means of changes in WP theme.

That's why my vote goes to (4).
