What's the best seo method?

There are so many seo methods and link building method,there are so many seo tools.
But which method and tools is the best?
Who could tell me? I am a newbie. Thanks.

Maybe try reading before SEO section on this forum, then try to implement some strategies..

No one can answer which method is best. The method workout for me may not for others and vice-versa.
Post quality and unique contents, consentrate more on On-Site SEO, start building backlinks manually, diversify your backlinks(blog comments, profile backlinks, gust posts, blog roles, WEb 2.0, etc), use variations of anchor text, don't stuff your keyword, learn to use LSI keywords.

Also read more and more stuffs here. Learn by yourself.

Quality over quantity and you'll win every time. There's a thread on the forum where I thought the title said it all. "only be as blackhat as you you need to be".

The best way to SEO is quality. Just take your time and provide quality to google

Web 2.0 Article Marketing: Do it Manually (Squidoo, Hubpage, Livejournal, Web, blogger & other popular ones)
Press Release Submission: Manually (Select high PR PR sites that you can submit for free!
Social Bookmarking & Netoworking: Manual submissions are preferable (Targeted only about 25 high pr sites like facebook, twitter, youtube, diggo, dig, stumbleupon, etc.

I don't recommend any tools that create spam links for your site as Google is not stupid about scrawling, if it's a must to have backlinks tools, you need to do it in the right way...Remember you are doing long term seo, think about Google Panda, and now penguin, and what about the future...

So be legit to the eyes of search engines esp google. The right seo methods are those that take care of your site for today and also for future....

Oh, I forget mentioning about RSS Feed Submission as well as a big concern regarding your on page SEO!

Try to make the SEO so natural as possible. Short term solutions is only good for... short term.

As a newbie you should do some online research for your knowledge, gather tips and tricks, and then when your briefed, you should start SEO.
