What's the best proxy service for my usage ?

I've managed to make a very stable twitch viewerbot.
Problem is, when I send 20 - 30 proxies on a channel, only 5-6 viewers add.
My guess : I use the wrong proxy service. Here's what the proxies look like

Main question : How (precisely) are those kind of proxylists detected by twitch as "coming from the same location" ?
What's the best proxy service for my usage ? (I don't want any premium proxy service, the price isnt interesting as I could just buy a viewerbot service cheaper)

Well those in your list are dead proxies. You can use any online proxy checker to see what type of proxies are they. You will need high-anonymous proxies to avoid geo detection.
