What's the best PPD network?

I've decided to try YT+PPD,I've read that it is very saturated and etc. but who knows,maybe I will success.
By the way,what is the best PPD site?With highest payouts and other pluses

Take a look at CleanFiles, they seem to be pretty popular on this website and the owner is a member.

With CF, some people (like me) have their accounts marked as not eligible for payments. I contacted their non-existent support more than a month ago and last time when I checked I still didn`t get an answer. Posting on forums still doesn`t help as you keep being told that mods can`t do anything. I gave up checking my account on that network as I don`t have a lot of money there. Maybe that network was good before, but from my experience I would not recommend it. Not to mention about admins stealing money from "banned" accounts or redirecting offers to their own affiliate links. :)

I can say that this is not true. Most people on CF that are flagged as not eligible for payment is because the system detected suspicious traffic on the account. However, as far as I know the flagging system they got is pretty new so there will definitely be a few accounts flagged by mistake. My account was flagged too and I wrote on the main thread as the admin said and after 1 week my account was eligible for payment.

Try to actually read the forums and you will see that contacting mods or sending tickets (which are handled by mods) will not solve your issue simply because the mods don't have the ability to change the payment status on your account.
 
Cleanfiles support is NON EXISTENT, the owner "Kayle" (as they call him on CleanFiles) does not help anyone and the mods cant help as they only moderate the forums.

I have support tickets from weeks ago with no answer and every day in the forum someone is asking for help but they are always ignored.

BUT with all that aside the network is good, you can optimize your offers and the layout is simple and clean.

That system is not new and I posted on that thread as well and nothing happened.

Cool. Then why have support if support people (assuming someone will answer your ticket ) can`t help you?
 
Fileice is good, CF used to be good but not anymore. Why are you trying to do PPD? Just join a CPA network, and get a cheap domain+hosting to host your files with instructions and links to the main download files on the server, and upload the main files on free file sharing sites. I am suggesting this because most of the PPD networks are just middle-man between users and CPA networks.
 
Why don't you try mine? We're already 1yo, never missed a payment and I can assure any of you of my full support!

I've read the same thing about cleanfiles on internet too,that their support is kinda bad

About CPA,well,isn't PPD easier to use?beacuse I've read that CPA network's terms are more strict and the payouts are approximately the same

I wouldn't recommend you CleanFiles. The company seems like a rip-off, there are many users including myself that don't get any support at all regarding our payments...
 
I use and love CleanFiles everyday of the week, just use clean traffic and you'll get some clean cold hard cash.

99% of the people complaining about not getting paid by CleanFiles are moronic indians who either sent terrible traffic or are frauders.

I've gotten paid $6k and counting by Cleanfiles and no problems to this day with them.

CF support is dead. When you will meet any problem you are practically fucked. There are much better choices.
