SPYFU without a doubt. You have to pay to get it now, use to have free trials. Worth every penny. When i first started i used spyfu to find a winning buyer intent keyword and i have been using that keyword ever since. Semrush is also good, but not very accurate. Spyfu lets you see what ads your competitors use, how long they have been using that adformat and changes they have made plus estimation of how much money they spend promoting said ad. GET SPYFU

semrush
ahrefs

Spyfu is a specialized tool for this cause. Semrush is good as well. Ahrefs gives you info as well but not as elaborate as spyfu.
