What's the best plugin for wordpress

Hi,

I was hoping to find a plugin which can be set to backup my site automatically (twice a week or so), and the backup should be sitting on my Dropbox.

I have a few sites so I'm also looking for the plugin to put each site in a different folder, and the backup should be zipped.

Any suggestions?

I'm using Better WP Security (as recommended by Originalexe) it backs your site up when you want and emails it to you..superb (as well as securing it !)
