I want to direct customers from a certain country to a certain domain on my e-commerce site. Not sure which is the best paid plugin to achieve what I want

Hi as I know GeoTargeting WP is a good choice. Also you can try Popup maker and GeoIP Country Redirect.

You can use WooCommerce Geolocation plugin to direct user to specific domain based on the user's country.
 
I would definitely recommend Optinmonster - but do not use their WP plugin as it slows down your WordPress website drastically.
Just use their embed code and include it in your header/footer file.
