What's the best damn RSS submitter?

I've been using a hacked version of Incansoft's RSSBOT for a while now and it's starting to work less and less.

I'm ready to bite the bullet and PAY for an RSS submitter that keeps up with updates and site listings. Which direction should I toss my money?

use your own script and sumbit to 10-20 rss pinger sites imo. I wrote my own, [php script] it just sends your urls and kw thru pingomatic.. my shit seems to get indexed within 1-2 hrs.

I can post it if a few people want it. nothing fancy. hit me with a better fancier php script anyone
