I'm currently with OGads for my mobile use but I want to find a different CPA network for my computer traffic, I feel like the content locker is based for mobile use only and I'm looking for one that works on the computer.

I'd recommend Cpagrip they have loads of offers works well on both PC and mobile traffic.

Do you have an account with Blue Track Media? BTM is huge for mobile and desktop traffic as well, for example you can get access to exclusive mobile CPI offers with higher rates, also you can find a good amount of email submits, pin submits, desktop installs.

CAPGrip is great for me. I'm using OGads as well for my mobile traffic, but Grip for computers.

If you are doing content locking then go with adworkmedia or cpagrip . If you are doing non incentive then go with maxbounty.
