I use worksforweb classifieds script and I like it.

Cant go wrong with a craigslist clone... ive got those out the azz if interested.
Other than that I would say just use a forum bb , You can set up a market place and set threads for feedback.

Well what exactly do you have in mind? A classified script with a Feedback section?
Check through softaculous on cpanel. Other than that, the C Clone can look like anything you want if you just add the CSS file. So can a forum. Just takes a few minutes to get it the way want it to look.
You know, all you need to work with is PHP, HTML, CSS and mabey some JQy and Flash? This may be one of my earlier post but unless you wanna PAY $ to have some guy build this site for you, there is no magic to it.
 
Actually yes. NOAHS is exactly what olxDOTcom is using. Thats what your after.
Its a free script offered in softacoulos on CPANEL. Most host provide this for free.
If you just want the script, I have that too. PM Me i can hook it up.

Hi, AJ Classifieds is the best user & seo friendly classifieds script software to create the classifieds portal.
 
I abandoned my cassified site after 2 years of being online, because I was not completely satisfied with any free/cracked script. (I should pay for one)
I tried them all and I found classipress to be superior in both design and options. However, having a custom script done will count for long term.
