What's the best blog commenting tool?

But these tools which you have mentioned do blog commenting on those sites which dont have page rank and these dont need registration. This question I also wanted to give to know which is the bets automated tool which will help me to get blog comment on those blog pages where one need to register in order to post a comment. these sites are good for seo.
Can you advice anything like that except SER, GScraper, scrapebox or nohand seo. I use them all but I need smth which givbe manual effect.

I never tried but from the comments in the forum I understand that it is not good one.
GSA SER has a feature in the settings you can choose page ranks and outgoing links number and scrape buy keywords, just it doensn't work soo good
