Thanks, it's all perspective. Next step is finding the right people.
I did a couple of blog setup and was paid $167 per blog for a dozen blogs.
So was wondering how much value it would be in the open market.

Both the traffic and content doomed in your case. But the efforts are domain, wp setup, server and everything.
Considering you remove external links and everything and manage it well. someone can pay you upto 150$ if they don't have much knowledge about the topic.

Unless a site is generating revenue or ranking for some decent keywords and getting organic traffic, it's worthless.
Stop flooding the market with garbage "starter" websites that have no value. All you're doing is watering down the marketplaces and making it harder for people with legitimate websites to make a sale or for buyers to find the good sites because we have to sift through the cesspool of trash to even try to find something worthwhile.
