facebook, twitter, stumbleit, digg, redit and so on... why do they forbid it simply because the advertiser is not looking for that kind of traffic I guess....
Because this traffic source can be manipulated (fooled), e. g. e-whoring. so they will do what you will ask. But after this there will be refunds or even chargebacks and CPA will lose reputation, advertizers and eventually business
