What's so special about Paysera card?

Hi BHW, just a quick question here cuz i didn't find a convenient answer on ggle, why do i need Paysera account? is it visa? i'm a little confused.... thanks guys

I think it can be useful like Payoneer, but probably more legit than Payoneer since it's a debit not a prepaird card, and backed by a real bank account in Lithunia, Europe.

They also give you a real european IBAN account, and you can order up to 5 payment cards.
