Whats Required For Membership Sites

Hi guys,
Hope someone might be able to help me out here. I have been building up a massive amount of content to create my own membership site.
However, i am stuck with what software is required for a membership site.

I want to ensure that only registered users can get into the membership area. Can anyone recommend a script that they know of or use that can allow me to do this.

How about a theme like ProfitsTheme . It can be used to create membership sites, squeeze pages, landing pages etc.. in minutes. It's very versatile. Might be worth you checking out.

I've been looking for the same thing. I've got Micro-membership plugin and I'm not happy with it.

It's not very user friendly at all.

I've been checking out wp eMember plugin and so far it is very user friendly and you can go to there website and view their videos and content.I can't post websites so can't supply link.

So far it is very simple to me and I can create free membership accounts to build a list.
