For me it was sticking to a simple daily routine. Nothing fancy. I just picked a few things that actually move the needle for me and stayed consistent. It made everything else easier because I wasn’t starting each day from zero.

Focusing on systems over goals. Goals are where you want to be, systems are what you do daily to get there. It removes the pressure of the big target and makes progress automatic.

Forget perfect, just do the thing and learn from whatever happens

Daily walks unplug me, sharpen my focus, and open space for thought.

One habit that really transformed my perspective is practicing mindfulness. Taking just a few minutes each day to check in with myself and focus on the present moment made a huge difference. It helps me manage stress, stay grounded, and stay more connected with what's going on around me. Have you found any habits that have made a difference in your life?

Healthy sleep and avoiding foods with sugar, no more than 5% carbohydrates in meals.
Avoiding fast food and trans fats. Taking vitamin D (in the morning) + magnesium before bedtime.
Minimization of alcohol consumption.

Productive wise it's making a plan for the week at the start of things I want to get done. This is so when I sit down at my desk I know what I'm doing

Sleeping early and waking up early. Productivity is through the roof when I get work done in the morning.

Keeping mental health in check. It is crucial to your overall well being and growth. A lot of people ignore their mental health, it is as important as physical health, imo.

tbh just don't listen some people and don't making promises to myself that i don't do like I promise myself to wake up earlier but don't do that and this promises that i don't just ruined my mind
