Whats my site worth?

You might want to post it on Meatheads "whats my site worth" thread for an expert opinion.

In my amateur opinion a websites worth is rarely calculated on its potential, rather a prolonged history of constant earnings.

Good point Duffers5K thanks for that, I don't use the site for "Earnings" as such, due to somany projects, but I do agree it would would probibly be someone who knows their stuff that I sell this to in the future.

I will try and edit the title now also.

Best regards
Arran Wood

SitePrice values it at about $12,000 - nice! Obviously it gets a lot of traffic. If you don't have the time to manage it, I'd try and find a buyer who either wants the specific domain name or is in the same (or similar) market as what you're offering. You might also check out similar websites and see if they'd be interested in buying yours for consolidation...for example, to a big marketing company, that might be a small price to pay for the benefits they'd get out of all the traffic & advertising. Just a thought.

Ask in the official thread where meathead will answer your question. You will find the thread in site flipping section.

Nope. Just ran a site making $300/day and it said its value is $1,187.

A sites worth is usually determined by what it makes per month/traffic. It used to be that you would take the monthly revenue and multiple it by 6-12 (months) and that's what you would sell it for.
