thank you for the answer. i have one more question.
if you analyze your competition, do you search your competitors using allintitle tag or just keyword?

If you are planning to go only with these two keywords, then go for the first one.
I am personally not using allintitle tag because it makes no sense to me. It shows you the broad competition while you are interested in top 10 results only though. Just enter the keyword and analyze top 10 results.
