generally, ebay.
i just searched keyword "lot of 50 android phones" and some decent hits.

im in an fb group too called "it equipment buy/sell" and see people selling lots of 100+ computers.
lots of surplus and deprecated stuff there and ebay. IT departments when they roll out new computers to their organization, flip the old assets on ebay to recover some cost.
