Whats more accurate StatCounter.com or CPANEL?

So I'm getting 500+ uniques everyday on cpanel but couple days ago I added a statcounter to my main site and here are the results:

So if you cant read that it says

So which one do I believe, cpanel with 500 or statcounter with double or even triple the amount?

Use google analytics, its incredibly accurate and collects all kinds of data that is very useful. but to answer your question, I would take Cpanel's word over statcounter's

CPanel is server-side and statcounter is client-side. I don't use Cpanel or StatCounter for analytics, but server-side will capture spider visits whereas a client-side package may not. However it may also be capturing hits to various images on page loads, I'm not familiar enough with that package to know.

Most CPanel-enabled hosting accounts provide server-side packages such as AW Stats, Webalizer and such, and those are much more accurate and do not present hits to images mixed in with actual visits, plus you'll be able to see what spiders are crawling your site and how often.

The client-side version of Google analytics is decent, but it doesn't capture spider visits and sometimes doesn't load the javascript when site visits do occur, so it's not as accurate as those I cited above.

I tend to use both on sites that can afford to load some extra code and not compromise page load time.
