as you guys know, usually a landing page, we will create this:
1. index.html
2. img folder
3. css folder
4. script folder
5. robots,txt
6. sitemap.xml
7. ( .htaccess ) ?

do structure of a landing page, effect our rank ? ( in and out )

the contents of your site folders don't affect your rankings. Only stuff like noindex tags, site speed, malware, etc can affect them...

Also, I have no idea what you mean by in and out...

no, site structure doesn’t affect google rankings
even link depth is probably an seo myth. google has said multiple times they treat the url as just an id for the content. the ranking is tied to the exact url—its length, how many slashes it has, or what parameters are in it doesn’t matter.

Back in the day the filenames used to weigh on SEO. No it no longer matters. If you actually search for high $ kws you'll find top results with generic path names.
