What's happening with likes for Instagram posts?

Hello friends!
Since yesterday most of the likes services for instagram are failing Does anyone know anything about this? I tried 3 about 10 services on different smm panels and all with problems.
I know that from time to time this kind of thing happens, that different services start to fail. I have been in the smm industry for 4 years but I don't understand why, and I just have to wait.

Instagram is changing rules, code etc. They fight against SMM services.
Many SMM panels are closing doors because they dont have resources to fight with social media sites every day.
Its getting harder and harder.
