Usually, videos like this exist because the copyright owner has not yet discovered that users have posted their content, and YouTube's content ID system has not yet identified infringing content. Usually they won't last too long but are enough for them to earn an income. Movies that exist for a long time without being removed are because they are in the public domain, meaning no one anymore protects their copyright.

Nothing wrong with that, just do a google search for "Free Youtube Movies" and you will find a bunch of channels.
There is evne achannel called "FREEMOVIESYT" with 1.4 million subs.
I think they just buy the licence and finance themselves through ads & other revenue streams, and are still in the green zone (financially).
Not sure, but I think the movies are probably a bit older. Can't really see a blockbuster being released on YT, because covering the licensing fee might be too heavy for them.

Channel got hacked 100%, somebody uploads old movies with thumbnails and titles of the new movies (so claiming its the 2025 version but its not).
