Whats hapening with clickbank ?

Well 1 month without a sale for first time and i have good traffic .This guys never stop to shave us so much .They dont think we have families etc .Shame of this network seems its a dead one

I have one product I am promoting where over the last few weeks I have received 25000-40000 hops and no sale.
They had a problem a week or so ago, not sure if they have problems with their system.

This is rather worrying.

Let me Guess .They have a problem with their system and it makes that sales etc to not be tracked )))) .Also i work in cpa ,ppd networks and often they anounce people that they have such problems with their servers etc .In that period of course you will experience less clicks ,less sales etc . The of course excuse to people they have problems with their servers etc . If you think carefuly you will get the point i am tired of this tricks .

I have the same problem.
In this week i have the biggest number of hops in my personal clickbank histrory without a sale... Altogether there are at least 3weeks when i got "just" the rebills but there aren't any new sale.

Shame on Clickbank, I'm making >700$ monthly and this month I'm making 0$ though traffic and hops the same, even higher. What the hell is going on

We're having a slower month than usual, but this time of the year (back to school), tends to always be sluggish for digital and non-essential products. That being said, sales are indeed less than we'd expect even considering the time of the year.

However it is not due to shaving or system issues (except for a 2 hour outage earlier in oct) - we'd know because in the former case we'd start getting sales that are not credited to affiliates, and in the latter we'd get emails from customers reporting ordering problems. We're not seeing either of that.

It may be other factors at play - eg people spending less due to concerns re economy (eg due to NK tensions) or the recent natural disasters making people more careful on what they spend so they have more saved if anything happens. I personally know people who sell through amazon, ebay, or through private dropshipping, and they are all reporting sluggish sales...

Firstly i know that all networks shaves a percentage of sales ,but seems clickbank shaves to much in this period .What they dont realize its that they are not unique ,its also jvzoo ,warriorplus ,clicksure etc , and people move to another networks and they loose people who can earn them money per life ,as people are tired of no sales and move to another networks ,my case also
So i would advise all networks in general when they shave that they loose a lot of money by losing a man who can work per life in theyr network and it leaves to another

Regarding shaving - I am 100% sure Clickbank does NOT shave. Why? Since we started in 2012, for several of our products, we offer free consultations (e.g with a nutritionist) to every purchasing customer. When a customer then emails us for consults, we ask them for their order ID to verify the sale. In 5 years, and hundreds of thousands of sales, we have never had a SINGLE sale that was not accounted for, or that an affiliate was not credited for. This is why I can say for certain that Clickbank does not shave.

With regards to explaining the recent drop in sales, I did say that the current drop in sales IS more than we'd expect just from the time of year. However, all business are reporting a slump. To give just a few examples:

So what is one to do? You can decided sales are down so it is not worth it anymore. Good excuse to make do without the daily grind and headaches of being an entrepreneur. Fair play, stick with a 9 to 5 with a guaranteed income no matter the day of the year.

However, you could do a search on this very forum for "clickbank sales" and you can see practically identical threads to this one being posted as early as 2009. Just a few examples:

So you could have given up on Clickbank back in 2009. Yet since then, countless affiliates have worked their way from 0 to making a living online. My first proper launch was back in 2012 - thank god I did not pay much attention to the naysayers from previous threads! I've got affiliates with whom I work personally who started just last year and were able to quit their 9to5 in under 12 months.

Being a self-employed entrepreneur is HARD; you have no guarantees on your income and sales are indeed a fickle bitche; but for some of us it's worth it. There is a lot of risk and hard work involved, but so is everything in life that is worth having. As the SAS's motto says, "Who dares, wins"

We're having a slower month than usual too, and that's exactly what we experienced last year. As you mentioned mancar the problem is all "time oriented". And as such the time itself will solve all the problem! Just need to wait.

My sales has been doubled this months.showing strong signs..best month for me for the past two years..
