Good day folks,
there is a weird account i have noticed in Top 500 Tiktok (Social Blade).

Does anyone know, whats going on here? The Videos are repeated and doesnt make any sense, yet he has million of views and subscriber.
Whats happening here?

He probably spoofed the vids and because the audience is already trained to this one vid it'll get more viral, but I still find it fascinating how something like this even works with the setup and without getting banned

That's pretty crazy indeed. Saw a few accounts that repeat content, but nothing like that one.
