Whats going on with the BHW system?

Ok so at first I had this username and had settled myself in, then all of a sudden I came in one day and this username didn't exist so I had to re-register. Now that I tried to log in with the "new" username It says my password or username is wrong. I reset the password and itturns out that the system sent me the info for my old username, what the F***K is going on????

There was a database problem a week or 2 weeks ago.
