What's going on with Google+ followers?

Guys, does anyone know what's going on with Google+ followers on Google+ pages and profiles?

They all seem to be stuck. I follow a profile, I follow a profile with multiple of my profiles, and the followers count just remains as it is. I check on different browsers and IPs, and the followers counts are stuck all around. I've tried following multiple profiles and pages.

Does anyone know what's happening?

I know it may sound really stupid but have you tried it on another computer?

Have you tried it using a different browser? Is the browser you are using up to date?

Yes, the browser is up to date. I tried chrome and firefox.

Never mind. It was a problem on Google+. It's resolved now. Things are back to normal.
